Does this resonate with you?**Then** **join our team as a Senior Collections Analyst****Your Missions and Responsibilities:*** Proactively and reactively manage the assigned customer portfolio. * Conduct visits to critical customers for collections management or debt renegotiation. * Be responsible for accounts receivable, portfolio balance reconciliation, resolution of discrepancies, coordination with the credit department, monitoring of deposits, and preparation of cash flow forecasts. * Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance) to resolve payment blocks. * Prepare collections reports and aging analyses. * Propose improvements to collections processes. **Your Attributes and Skills:*** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields. * Experience managing customer portfolios and collections processes (proactive and reactive). * Experience in debt renegotiation and handling critical customers. * Experience with accounts receivable, balance reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and interaction with the credit department. * Experience in aging analysis, preparation of management reports, and support for cash flow management. * Experience coordinating with internal departments (sales, finance, among others) to resolve payment blocks. * Desirable experience in continuous improvement of collections processes. * Proficiency in Excel tools (intermediate or advanced level). * Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is a plus). * Familiarity with best practices in credit and collections. **Our Global Team:** We are a team of over 73,000 highly dedicated professionals across more than 70 countries, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in healthcare to help improve people’s lives worldwide.
