Job Summary: Production Assistant to work in a foundry industry, supporting various production stages, from casting to finishing and assembly of parts. Key Highlights: 1. Organization of the production area A foundry industry is seeking a Production Assistant in Nova Veneza (Caravaggio). **Responsibilities:** Assist in fusion department activities according to production demand. Support molding and part preparation processes. Perform basic deburring on cast parts. Assist in product painting and finishing. Support component assembly and department organization. Previous experience as Production Operator, Production Assistant, Production Helper, or Assembler may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required. Relevant experience required. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: BRL 2,308.00 * Hazardous Work Allowance * Meal Voucher * Medical Plan Agreement * Health Insurance Plan Monthly bonus of BRL 300.00 (subject to rules). Medical agreements and for laboratory and/or imaging exams. Employee referral bonus program. We cover 25% of tuition fees for short-term courses and 15% for long-term courses.
