Job Summary: Implement and monitor educational activities to support the continuous development of health professionals and enhance work processes. Key Highlights: 1. Formulate and implement health education initiatives. 2. Develop and deliver training programs for health professionals. 3. Create educational materials and media for educational programs. **GENERAL DESCRIPTION:** Carry out activities of the Permanent Health Education Center (NEPS), focusing on formulating, implementing, and monitoring educational initiatives aimed at continuously developing health professionals' competencies, thereby improving work processes and consolidating permanent education guidelines. **DETAILED DESCRIPTION:** * Develop and deliver training programs; * Identify training and development needs across departments to define priorities and educational demands; * Collaborate integrally with other departments to better diagnose and align institutional development needs; * Create educational materials/media (audio, video, games, etc.) for educational activities and programs; * Collaborate with requesting departments to develop the annual institutional educational activity schedule, based on needs analysis and departmental profiles.
