The Software Quality area at MadeiraMadeira is a key player in delivering robust, reliable, and high-performance products. Our mission is to support all tribes and squads in developing scalable solutions, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for everyone using our systems — whether end customers or internal stakeholders. **Work Model:** Hybrid/Remote **Location:** Curitiba/PR Responsibilities: **✨ Responsibilities** * Deliver excellence in software delivery through defining and standardizing QA processes. * Collaborate on and execute testing, performance testing, automation, and quality strategies for critical systems. * Support continuous improvement initiatives, QA projects, and integration with CI/CD pipelines. * Promote and sustain a strong quality culture through training and quality evangelism. **✨ Activities You Will Lead:** * Assist in discoveries, benchmarks, and PoCs aimed at evolving QA practices and tools. * Support engineering teams in maintaining test coverage and defining quality gates. * Create, execute, and maintain manual, automated, and performance tests. * Collaborate in building and maintaining test pipelines integrated with CI/CD. * Analyze features and design testing strategies for engineering teams. * Assist in troubleshooting with delivery teams. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies with a focus on continuous quality. * Collaborate with the Quality team to promote best practices and technical development.
