RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support HR processes (Electronic Time Tracking, Hiring, and Termination); * Assist with administrative activities related to construction sites and projects; * Record invoices; * Manage mobilization and demobilization of construction sites; * Provide administrative support to the operations team; * Support field document and record management for billing purposes; * Participate in training sessions, meetings, and assist with presentations; * Serve internal and external customers in accordance with organizational standards; * Perform other duties related to the position as directed by supervisors. REQUIREMENTS: * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or Economics. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Prior experience in the role. * Willingness to travel. * Driver's License — Category B.
