This is how Localiza\&Co connects with the future. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A FLEET LEADER** Ensure fleet availability, safety, and performance by leading the operational team with a focus on efficiency, cost reduction, and compliance with regulations—through strategic planning, performance management, and continuous people development. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead, organize, and prioritize team activities (daily checklists, route/task distribution, shift and vacation coverage). * Ensure management rituals (daily/weekly/monthly): alignment meetings, DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues), 1:1 meetings, development paths, and structured feedback. * Supervise vehicle check-in/out, inspections, licenses, insurance, and documentation. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with SLA and quality standards (parts, workshops, recalls). * Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen), process standardization, and digitalization. * Deliver evidence-based feedback, recognize high performance, and provide course corrections. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE NEED** * Completed high school education * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) * **Prior experience** leading operational teams (e.g., fleet, logistics, maintenance, operations). * **Fleet knowledge**: basic maintenance, documentation, insurance, safe driving practices, and telematics. * **Interpersonal skills** and conflict management (interface with internal departments and suppliers). * **Availability** for on-site work and occasional travel between locations. * **Analytical mindset** and data/results orientation. * **Planning and organizational skills**, with a sense of urgency. * **Decision-making ability** and business ownership. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS FOR THIS POSITION** * Profit Sharing Program * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Gympass * Private Pension Plan * Transportation Voucher * Allya * Unlimited access to various courses from our Localiza University * Internal training and development programs * Discounts on vehicle purchases and rentals **Experience being Localiza\&Co—and help build the future of mobility with us!** We are one of the **largest and most comprehensive mobility platforms in the world**, offering diverse innovative and efficient solutions.
