It is essential to demonstrate proactivity, problem identification capability, solution proposal, and end-to-end follow-up of tasks until resolution. Responsibilities include performing analyses and controls using Excel, executing reconciliation and counting routines, monitoring exchange and replenishment processes, controlling operational discrepancies, reconciling freight vouchers with carriers, and ensuring monitoring and cleanup of open deposits and maps. Please send your updated resume to: recrutamento@trinityhub.com.br Subject: Control Assistant ### **Main Responsibilities** * Perform detailed analyses using intermediate or advanced Excel, identifying problems and proposing effective solutions. * Execute accounting routines related to working capital reconciliation and counting. * Manage exchange and replenishment processes, ensuring operational efficiency. * Control discrepancies related to internal movement, ensuring all data accuracy. * Reconcile freight vouchers with carriers, maintaining strict control over these records. * Ensure deposit cleanup with operators and manage open maps. ### **Technical Requirements** * Completed high school education * Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel) * Warehouse experience as a checker is desirable. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Results orientation * Motivated by challenges * Sense of ownership * Proactive attitude * Problem identification * End-to-end follow-up Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
