This role manages, maintains, and evolves critical corporate systems; supports team members and users in the proper use of tools; conducts requirements gathering with business units; and ensures information security and integrity. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the IT systems team by organizing activities, assigning tasks, and monitoring execution to ensure quality, deadlines, and alignment with departmental goals; * Manage, maintain, and evolve corporate systems, including CRM, toll management systems, traffic monitoring systems, user support systems, highway maintenance systems, and other critical integrated systems; * Plan and coordinate system improvements and updates, liaising with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure performance, security, and compliance with legal requirements; * Conduct requirements gathering with business units, translating operational, administrative, financial, and engineering needs into technical specifications for system development or customization; * Manage contracts and vendor relationships for software, monitoring SLAs, technical support, licenses, and renewals; * Ensure system and data integrity, availability, and security, aligning backup, recovery, and update practices with the company’s information security policy; * Support and guide key users and other departments in the proper use of systems, delivering training, developing manuals, or defining workflows; * Monitor systems department performance indicators, generating management reports and proposing continuous improvements; * Collaborate with infrastructure and technical support teams to ensure integration among systems, networks, servers, and databases; * Participate in internal or external audits, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards for concession sectors; * Promote the technical development of the team by supporting training, best practices, and knowledge updates on technologies and industry trends. **Requirements and Qualifications** **ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science; Information Systems; Information Technology; Engineering; or related fields; * Proven experience managing and sustaining critical corporate systems (ERP, Operating Systems, Legacy Systems, and Integrations); * Experience in mission-critical environments requiring high availability and having direct operational impact (e.g., concessions, manufacturing, logistics); * Solid knowledge of requirements gathering and process analysis; * Solid knowledge of incident, problem, and change management (practical ITIL); * Solid knowledge of system integrations (APIs, Web Services, ETL); * Solid knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar); **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Programming languages; * Practical knowledge of TOTVS systems, including Protheus, Fluig, RM, and TCOP, with capability in support, configuration, and integration; * Prior experience in concessionaires, infrastructure, highways, or regulated services; * Knowledge of IT governance (COBIT, advanced ITIL, indicator and KPI management); * Experience with revenue collection, traffic, maintenance, user support, or highway operations systems; * Familiarity with system architecture, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure, TCLOU); * Experience managing technical teams or functional supervision; * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) applied to system maintenance and evolution; **Additional Information** Market-competitive salary; Meal allowance; Health insurance extended to dependents; Dental plan extended to dependents; Life insurance; Childcare allowance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); Private pension plan; Birthday leave (Day-Off); Gym allowance; Partnership with secondary education institutions (EJA), higher education, and postgraduate programs; Language school partnership (English); Sports incentive program; Pharmacy partnership; Psychological support; Employee referral program; Nova Rota do Oeste is the concessionaire responsible for the 850.9 km stretch of BR-163 between Itiquira (MT) and Sinop (MT).
