Job Summary: Act as a Product Owner for a product pipeline, managing backlog, requirements, roadmap, and ensuring deliveries—with emphasis on value-based prioritization and effective communication. Key Highlights: 1. Acting as Product Owner for a product pipeline under development 2. Managing backlog, requirements, roadmap, and delivery tracking 3. Focusing on agile methodologies and stakeholder communication MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Backlog: Serve as the backlog owner for the product pipeline, organizing, detailing, and prioritizing requests jointly with the business area; * Requirements: Elicit and document functional requirements and business rules with subject matter experts, translating needs into clear specifications with acceptance criteria; * Deliveries: Monitor development team deliveries, ensuring scope, quality, and schedule adherence; * Product Evolution: Build and maintain the Product roadmap; * Value-Based Prioritization: Prioritize requests based on business case (financial return or time savings), preparing feasibility analyses for the Product Committee; * Documentation: Document processes and maintain the knowledge base for products in the pipeline; * Communication: Report pipeline status, risks, and metrics to the Product Coordination team and requesting business units; * Work Profile: Adopt a practical and collaborative approach, assuming diverse responsibilities as needed—given that this is a pipeline under development. REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Requirements Analyst, or Business Analyst in software companies; * Experience managing backlogs, prioritization, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and monitoring development teams; * Ability to translate complex business topics into simple specifications for technical teams; * Strong communication skills with business stakeholders and leadership. DESIRED: * Availability for on-site work in Cascavel/PR. DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE * Experience with B2B products, management systems, tax systems, or financial systems; * Experience managing external development vendors (software houses); * Basic knowledge of SQL, data, and metrics to support value-based prioritization; * Backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or similar); * Process documentation (BPMN, flowcharts); * Organization, discipline, and autonomy. EDUCATION Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Administration, Accounting Sciences, Engineering, or related fields. DIFFERENTIATORS * Prior experience in tax, accounting, or fiscal areas; * Product or agility certifications (CSPO, PSPO, Management 3.0, or similar); * Previous experience transitioning from support/operations to product roles (orchestrator profile); * Familiarity with tax or accounting domains (ICMS, ICMS-ST, PIS/COFINS, ancillary obligations) or demonstrated willingness to learn complex domains.
