Job Summary: Responsible for general farm maintenance, ensuring the preservation of outdoor areas, roads, gardens, and buildings, through preventive and corrective actions. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining machines, equipment, and property resources Responsible for general farm maintenance, ensuring the preservation of outdoor areas, internal roads, gardens, and existing structures. Will act preventively and reactively to ensure organization, functionality, and good condition of facilities. Residency on the farm is required (on-site housing). **Main Responsibilities** * Mow designated areas to prevent excessive weed growth. * Maintain internal roads open and in good driving condition. \-Care for and maintain the garden of the main house. \-Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on existing structures. * Carry out minor masonry, plumbing, and electrical repairs as needed. * Maintain machines, equipment, and resources provided by the property. **Requirements** * Experience operating brush cutters and pruning shears, with proper usage to preserve equipment. * Ability to drive and operate tractors. * Basic knowledge of maintenance (masonry, plumbing, and electricity). * Prior experience on rural properties or small farms.
