Join our family! ##### **BAKER** * Lead the bakery and confectionery work team in the supervisor's absence, performing all assigned duties; * Check expiration dates and product quality at the display and service counter, removing items whenever necessary to prevent customer purchase or consumption; * Direct products nearing expiration or with compromised quality to sector loss reporting; * Retrieve ingredients from the warehouse—including flour, sugar, oil, salt, condensed milk, among others—for daily or weekly food production, coordinating with the Loss Prevention and Control responsible person and presenting items for transfer using the collector device; * Perform cleaning of the sector together with the work team, ensuring hygiene and cleanliness before and after use; * Produce various categories of bread—including sweet breads, milk breads, Hungarian slices, among others—following recipes and the sector's product mix, as well as ingredients and procedures established by SOPs; * Produce various categories of confections—including cakes, pies, baked goods—ensuring aesthetic appeal and visual presentation; * Mix ingredients using a mixer, monitoring the ideal consistency for each category to avoid rework during production; * Divide dough into blocks using a dough divider so that each block weighs the amount required for bread shaping; * Place breads into proofing cabinets according to shaping category to achieve the necessary rise prior to baking; * Preheat ovens according to scheduled time and temperature settings established for each baking category; * Load breads into the oven according to time and temperature specified by the supervisor or product recipe, avoiding errors during baking; * Promptly display baked breads and hot products at the display counter to prevent loss of temperature and product quality for consumption; * Package and weigh products as needed, affixing labels containing price and product information to the external packaging, carefully checking for possible errors or code discrepancies during weighing; * Serve customers with courtesy, respect, and friendliness—greeting them and delivering requested items; in case of customer complaints, direct them to the service counter or store manager; * Carry out sector inventory counts and financial reconciliations upon request by the supervisor or in their absence; * Maintain cleanliness and organization inside the sector and at sales counters, adhering to company standards and Sanitary Surveillance requirements; **WHAT WE REQUIRE:** * Completed High School Education * Minimum one year of experience in baking
