




**REQUIREMENTS:** * Reside in Marabá. * Completed Higher Education in Pharmacy. * Proficiency in Office suite. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure performance levels of commercial indicators by intervening in deviations, proposing corrective actions and continuous improvements. * Guarantee achievement of sales and profitability targets for the unit. * Exercise technical responsibility for the unit. * Conduct and monitor customer service in-store and through service channels, providing technical guidance. * Maintain service standards in the commercial area. * Review prescriptions and contact prescribers to resolve doubts and pending issues. * Perform laboratory checklist (RDC) and comply with all required items. * Verify and submit SNGPC files, resolve inconsistencies, and control physical inventory of controlled raw materials. * Conduct medical visits. * Train and develop the store team in commercial, technical, behavioral aspects and product knowledge, assessing their effectiveness. **COMPETENCIES:** * Focused attention. * Detail-oriented. * Communication skills. * Teamwork. * Interpersonal relationships.
