Team development and training **REQUIREMENTS:** * Reside in Marabá. * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure commercial performance indicators meet targets by intervening in deviations and proposing corrective and continuous improvement actions. * Guarantee achievement of the unit’s sales and profitability goals. * Exercise technical responsibility for the unit. * Conduct and supervise customer service in-store and across service channels, providing technical guidance. * Maintain standardized service quality within the commercial area. * Review prescriptions and contact prescribers to resolve questions and pending matters. * Perform laboratory checklist (RDC) and comply with all required items. * Verify and submit SNGPC files and resolve inconsistencies, as well as manage physical inventory of controlled raw materials. * Conduct medical visits. * Train and develop the store team in commercial, technical, behavioral, and product-related aspects, evaluating the effectiveness of such training. **COMPETENCIES:** * Concentrated attention. * Detail-oriented. * Communication skills. * Teamwork. * Interpersonal skills.
