Learn more about C.A.C Engenharia: https://www.cacengenharia.com.br/ **Responsibilities and duties** * Structure local team; * Participate in, develop, and validate initial project planning; * Validate and control initial budget to improve project outcomes; * Monitor project schedule, quality, and cost until contract completion; * Manage internal and external teams, including third parties and subcontractors; * Organize, plan, and size construction sites; * Prepare invitation letters for material and service procurement; * Participate in monthly management meetings, presenting all project results; * Prepare monthly forecasts of expenses and revenues to maintain project financial health; * Complete PLS forms and conduct monthly monitoring visits with CEF (Caixa Econômica Federal); * Control performance evaluations regarding construction quality and effectiveness of internal procedures; * Participate in internal and external audits to maintain PBQP\-H Level A certification. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Advanced Excel skills; * AutoCAD proficiency; * Experience in construction projects; * Experience in structural masonry and concrete wall systems will be an advantage. **Additional information** Meal allowance / food allowance Transportation allowance / fuel allowance; Day off on your birthday; Totalpass; Nutritional support; Pharmacy discount (Vidalink).
