Contribute to workplace organization and safety. **Store Auditor** Position Objective Ensure the company's asset security by preventing losses, thefts, and damages, contributing to an organized, safe, and compliant work environment in accordance with internal policies, thereby providing a positive experience for customers and employees. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor the store, observing the movement of customers, employees, and service providers. * Prevent losses, thefts, frauds, and other incidents that may cause harm to the company. * Control the entry and exit of goods, equipment, and materials according to internal procedures. * Operate the CCTV monitoring system, where applicable. * Support the store team in identifying risk situations and complying with safety standards. * Conduct preventive patrols throughout company premises. * Record incidents and immediately report any irregularities identified to management. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, guiding employees and third parties as needed. * Contribute to workplace organization, safety, and maintenance. **Requirements** * Completed High School education. * Experience as a Store Auditor, Loss Prevention Specialist, or in related fields. **This is a plus.** * Basic computer skills. **Behavioral Competencies** * Attention to detail. * Ethics and responsibility. * Proactivity. * Good communication skills. * Discipline and professional demeanor. * Observational ability. * Emotional balance. * Agility in decision-making. * Teamwork. **Work Schedule** * 44 hours per week, Monday through Saturday.
