Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional in quantitative research operations to lead the Quality and Audit area, ensuring the integrity and reliability of surveys. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a professional with hands-on experience in quantitative research operations to structure and strengthen our Quality and Audit area. Important Notice This position is NOT suitable for generalist quality professionals without research experience. We seek professionals with experience in: * field auditing, * interview validation, * data collection monitoring, * methodological control, * operational analysis, * prevention of inconsistencies and fraud in survey research. Profiles exclusively from the following areas tend to have low alignment with this role: * industrial quality, * administrative processes, * ISO standards, * corporate compliance, * customer service quality, * operations unrelated to research. Position Objective Ensure the integrity, reliability, and methodological compliance of surveys conducted by Alfa Inteligência, directly performing operational audits and collection monitoring. Key Responsibilities * Lead the audit and validation team * Monitor operational collection indicators * Validate interviews and methodological consistency * Identify inconsistencies, deviations, and potential fraud * Audit response patterns, GPS data, audio recordings, and productivity * Establish operational audit routines * Prepare quality and compliance reports * Collaborate with operations to correct recurring issues * Propose improvements to control and validation processes Mandatory Requirements * Experience in research institutes or quantitative research operations * Hands-on experience in interview validation and field auditing * Experience in operational monitoring of data collection * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency * Analytical and investigative mindset * Organized and detail-oriented Preferred Qualifications * Experience in electoral or public opinion research * Experience with operational dashboards * Knowledge of productivity and compliance indicators * Experience in fraud prevention during data collection Expected Behavioral Profile * Analytical and critical thinking * Strong attention to patterns and inconsistencies * Good investigative ability * Firm and rigorous attitude * Data-driven decision-making capability * Organized with a process-oriented perspective Work Model CLT \| Hybrid Location: João Pessoa/PB
