**Internal Salesperson (Chocolate Store)** Do you love chocolate, communicate easily, and have a talent for delighting customers? This position is perfect for you! We are looking for an **Internal Salesperson** passionate about customer service and enthusiastic about working at our artisan chocolate store. Here, every sale is a sweet and memorable experience—and you will be an essential part of this process! Your responsibilities: * Deliver **excellent customer service**, always aiming to delight customers and foster loyalty; * Ensure the **store's organization**, keeping products well-presented and shelves fully stocked; * Assist with **cash register closing** and daily inventory control; * Be the **store's voice and eye on Instagram**, creating and posting content that drives purchase desire (photos, videos, stories, and reels!); * Help assemble themed **gift sets and baskets** with care and creativity; * Represent the brand at **fairs, events, and promotional activities**, when necessary. Required knowledge: * Customer service and basic sales techniques; * Use of social media (Instagram) with commercial focus; * Cash handling, card machine operation, and inventory control. Expected personal qualities: * **Proactivity**, organization, and positive energy in customer service; * Clear, kind, and welcoming communication; * Team spirit and sense of responsibility; * Creativity in creating content and highlighting our products on social media and in-store displays. Mandatory requirements: * Completed high school education; * Previous experience in sales; * Ability to create digital content (photos, videos, etc.); * Availability to work on **Saturdays and special dates** (Easter, Christmas, etc.); * Good verbal communication skills. Compensation: * **One minimum wage** * **Commission** Working hours: * 44 hours per week \- 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM \| Saturday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
