The **Itaipu Norte** dealership is experiencing continuous growth, and to keep pace with this evolution, it has developed a broad and modern customer service infrastructure. **Itaipu Norte** is part of the **WLM Group**, which operates over 20 units across 6 different states, including **Itaipu \- Minas Gerais, Equipo \- Rio de Janeiro, Quinta Roda \- São Paulo**, and **Supermac \- Manaus.** Review the responsibilities and benefits of the **Technical Consultant III** position below and join this successful team! **Your mission:** * Provide technical leadership to the team. * Manage indicators. * Serve drivers and customers during vehicle reception and negotiation of repairs performed at the workshop. * Receive vehicles, determine necessary repairs, negotiate the final estimate with the customer—including outsourced services. * Ensure implementation and adherence to existing Prevention Programs aimed at safeguarding employees’ physical integrity and occupational health. * Work in compliance with technical, quality, and environmental preservation standards and procedures. **Requirements:** * Required: Completed undergraduate degree.
