Job Summary: The SSMA Assistant is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and decontaminating personal protective equipment (PPE) used for pesticides, ensuring worker safety and regulatory compliance. Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations The SSMA Assistant is responsible for performing proper cleaning, sanitization, and decontamination of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) used in pesticide application, ensuring worker safety, equipment preservation, and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Wash, decontaminate, and sanitize PPE used in pesticide application; * Carry out cleaning procedures according to technical standards, internal instructions, and current legislation; * Sort contaminated, damaged, or unsuitable PPE and report to the supervisor. * Maintain control and organization of clean and soiled PPE; * Record and track PPE washes in each employee's log sheet; * Correctly use products, equipment, and tools designated for cleaning and decontamination; * Ensure proper disposal of wastewater, packaging, and process-generated waste, in accordance with environmental regulations; * Maintain workplace cleanliness, organization, and safety; * Properly wear one's own PPE while performing tasks; * Strictly follow occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proactive; * Organized and disciplined; * Team-oriented. **Additional Information** * Pharmacy Card; * Transportation (Routes: Goiás Posse, Alvorada, Buritinópolis, Damianópolis, and Mambai\- GO; and Bahia Cocos to Carinhanha); * Shared accommodation; * Gym access; * Meals; * Life insurance; **Partnerships:** * University tuition assistance programs; * Dental clinics in the Cocos\- BA and Mambai \- GO regions. #### **Founded in 2000 but rooted in a legacy dating back to 1976, Santa Colomba is a Brazilian agricultural company focused on large-scale, mechanizable production.
