Leadership profile **Location:** Poultry Industrial Unit 3 \- Rolândia/PR. **Responsibilities:*** Supervision and management of poultry catching teams; * Monitoring and guidance on pre-slaughter fasting; * Customer service and communication with poultry farmer associates; * Verification of slaughter documentation (producer's invoice, GTA); * Management of access to farms and trucks. **Requirements:*** Completed high school education and training in agribusiness-related fields; * Experience with administrative controls; * Leadership profile; * Availability to work the third shift.
