About the Role We are seeking a *TECHNICAL COORDINATOR* to contribute to the following activities: ensuring the quality of processes, inputs, suppliers, equipment, and products, as well as the proper execution of services per project specifications. To learn more, visit www.bureauveritas.com.br Key Responsibilities: * Ensure the quality of processes, inputs, suppliers, equipment, and products, as well as the proper execution of services per project specifications. * Issue quality records when necessary, such as non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions, and project modifications. Conduct receipt inspections of inputs, suppliers, plants, and laboratories. * Monitor, guide, and analyze technological control test results from contracted parties, and perform monitoring controls and their frequency, including retigraphs, sketches, mapping, and other tools. * Support construction project management in meeting physical-financial schedules, routinely verifying execution deadlines and costs. * Support construction project management in preparing and finalizing measurement reports by inspecting, evaluating, and confirming field-executed services through calculation records and photographic reports. * Ensure construction project handover meets current quality standards and regulations, performing routine inspections and thorough evaluations comparing design documents, standards, procedures, and field execution. Provide technical/operational assistance to companies. * Support the technical leadership of the construction inspection team by guiding, teaching, training, and monitoring the field team’s inspection activities according to established service delivery standards. * Support environmental and occupational health & safety monitoring teams (including third-party contractors) in complying with laws, regulations, and internal procedures. * Assist your immediate supervisor in managing timesheets, banked hours, vacations, leaves of absence, and other people management processes for the team, collecting and tracking relevant employee data. What We Seek: * Degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality management for infrastructure construction projects. * Advanced knowledge of applicable technical standards and quality management systems. * Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI). * Proficiency in reading and interpreting designs and technical documents. Knowledge of laboratory testing and plant processes (pavement, earthworks, concrete). * Knowledge of road construction inspection processes (earthworks, pavement, OAEs, retaining structures, drainage, signage, road safety, ancillary works, etc.). Key Activities and Responsibilities: * Ensure adherence to CCR’s quality management system procedures and controls. Conduct quality training, guidance, and audits for field teams.
