We believe that by promoting diversity, we not only create a fairer and more inclusive environment but also strengthen our capacity to innovate and solve challenges creatively and effectively. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support production line activities in the conveyor belt manufacturing process. * Assist in material and raw material preparation, replenishment, and handling. * Assist in basic equipment operation as directed by the responsible operator. * Conduct visual inspections to verify product quality. * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and preservation of equipment and tools. * Comply with company safety, quality, and procedural standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary or high school education. * Industrial environment experience and basic computer knowledge will be considered advantageous. **Additional Information** * Work Schedule: Rotating shift (6 days on / 2 days off), including both daytime and nighttime shifts according to schedule. * Position also open to PWD \- Persons with Disabilities.
