Job Summary: A professional to coordinate daily store activities, train and develop the team, control operations, and ensure compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for opening or closing the establishment **Main Responsibilities:** Train and supervise new employees; Implement daily store activities; Coordinate, motivate, and develop the customer service team; Monitor order flow and messages on WhatsApp; Be responsible for opening or closing the store (according to the schedule defined by management); Analyze best-selling products to request restocking from production; Assist in cash register control. Coordinate the operational aspects of the store; Comply with health and safety regulations.
