We are looking for an **Operations Supervisor II** to join the **Operations** team in **Marabá/PA.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Receive, perform quality control, storage, and dispatch of products, ensuring proper registration, control, and monitoring according to the Integrated Operations Management System (SIGO) and its respective manuals and procedures; * Monitor truck and tank wagon loading and unloading operations, ensuring compliance with standards defined in the Operational Practices Manuals, Quality Control, and SSMA; * Perform tank inventory and quality control, conducting measurements, sample collection, and basic tests according to the Operational Procedures Manuals (MPO); * Ensure knowledge and adherence to local base procedures, guaranteeing correct execution of operational activities; * Apply the principles of the Accident Prevention System—ALERT!, participating in meetings, discussions of learnings, and process improvements; * Identify activity risks, intervene in unsafe situations, and adopt control or mitigation measures; * Act, when trained, in emergency response plans such as PAE, PEI, and PAM; * Carry out housekeeping activities in operational areas, according to supervisor's authorization and guidance; * Contribute to cost management, ensuring expenses align with the budget (Capex and Opex), seeking expense reduction without compromising quality standards; * Follow formal procedures and instructions, ensuring quality and transparency of accounting records; * Ensure all company assets are properly registered, maintained, and suitable for operations; * Support base people management, ensuring adequately staffed and trained teams, conducting training, evaluations, and feedback in accordance with company guidelines. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields; * Proficiency in the Operational Procedures Manual (MPO); * Knowledge of railway diversion operations; * Experience with online work permits; * Organized, proactive, and intervention-oriented attitude; * Availability to work in shifts. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (others may apply, and you will be informed if you progress): * Registration \- completion of this form and additional data if necessary. * HR Interview \- a conversation for us to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical conversation to further discuss day-to-day activities and challenges.
