




Job Summary: Responsible for providing Level 1 user support and assistance, with strong emphasis on hardware and software installation and maintenance, ensuring IT environment availability. Key Highlights: 1. Acting as the focal point for Level 1 user support 2. Hardware and software support and installation 3. Ensuring IT environment availability and stability Responsible for Level 1 user support and issue resolution at the unit (focal point). Strong involvement in hardware and software support and installation (desktops, notebooks, mobile phones, barcode scanners, printers, cameras, multimedia devices, etc.). Ensure IT environment availability, stability, and continuous updates (hardware and software). Monitor third-party services related to maintenance of available IT infrastructure (meeting rooms, projection systems, multimedia equipment). Initiate technical service calls with IT solution vendors to resolve technical and operational system issues; support business area requirements. Assist in technology transition initiatives for User Experience and Environment Management towers (KT). Create documentation and procedures. Requirements: Field service experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is desirable. Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing.
