Job Summary: Responsible for sales management, team leadership, store operations, digital marketing, and promoting a results-oriented culture. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in digital marketing and sales Responsible for sales management, monitoring targets and metrics, and developing strategies to improve team results and performance. Directly leads the team, motivating members, monitoring performance, delivering feedback, and ensuring service standards. In store management, ensures environmental organization, inventory control, product restocking, and administrative routines. Also participates in digital marketing and sales, supporting campaigns, product promotion, and online sales growth. Finally, responsible for company culture and work environment, fostering a productive atmosphere aligned with organizational goals and focused on results.
