Job Summary: We are looking for a curious and organized Electro/Electronic Product Assistant to support departmental routines—from technical catalog analysis to continuous improvement. You will be a key contributor in supporting departmental routines—ranging from technical catalog analysis to assisting in continuous improvement processes. Responsibilities: a) Read technical catalogs of components and equipment; b) Complete and review spreadsheets, and assist in calculating installation demand; c) Contact suppliers and partners to gather technical information; d) Adhere to assigned task schedules; e) Generate, update, and review lists and requisitions in the ERP system; f) Update databases and spreadsheets with technical data; g) Participate in internal meetings; h) Make occasional contact with field personnel via telephone and e-mail; i) Send technical bulletins and spreadsheets to internal customers via e-mail; j) Control equipment label production; k) Monitor production workflows and processes; l) Maintain project and quotation kits in the ERP system; m) Read electrical schematics; n) Draw and update basic electrical schematics under supervision; o) Make occasional visits to the manufacturing area to facilitate communication between Manufacturing and Projects; p) Assist the Projects team with basic tasks such as printing, controlling as-built documentation, and generating files in various formats; q) Maintain and organize the virtual catalog library according to established standards; r) Collaborate with continuous improvement systems. Requirements: * Technical education in Electricity, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Automation, or related field; * Intermediate Excel proficiency.
