Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for recruiting, selecting, onboarding, and offboarding employees, as well as providing support in training, development, and HR policies. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive involvement in recruitment and selection across various levels. 2. Support in onboarding, integration, and offboarding processes for employees. 3. Assistance in developing HR policies and supporting employees. * Conduct recruitment and selection for various levels and departments. * Manage onboarding, integration, and offboarding processes for employees. * Administer benefits and support payroll closing (where applicable). * Assist in training, development, and internal initiatives involving employees. * Support the development and updating of HR policies, guidelines, and procedures. * Provide employee support and guidance. * Monitor and track departmental KPIs and reports.
