You will act strategically and operationally in people management, ensuring legal compliance, organizing HR processes, developing employees, strengthening organizational culture, and providing direct support to leadership in people-related decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** Execute and monitor onboarding, offboarding, vacation, leave of absence, disciplinary actions, and document control procedures. People Management and HR Routine Operations Monitor CLT, temporary, and service provider contracts, ensuring compliance with Brazilian labor legislation. Serve as the HR focal point for employees and leadership. **2. Recruitment and Selection** Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: aligning job profiles with managers, posting vacancies, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and delivering final evaluation reports. Support strategic and technical recruitment processes (including non-operational areas). Administer behavioral, attention, organization, and empathy assessments when required. **3. Development, Culture, and Organizational Climate** Support onboarding programs and monitor new employee integration. Implement and track organizational climate and well-being initiatives. Support internal training, behavioral assessments, and structured feedback sessions. Contribute to consolidating the organizational culture defined by the executive board. **4. Leadership Support and Labor Compliance** Support leaders in conducting difficult conversations, issuing formal warnings, and providing official guidance. Assist in drafting internal announcements, policies, regulations, and manuals. Ensure standardization and legal security across HR processes. Collaborate with labor legal counsel as needed. **5. Metrics and Organization** Develop and maintain HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, performance, hires/terminations). Organize physical and digital departmental files. Support the executive board with clear, objective reports on people and organizational structure. **Mandatory Requirements** Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Prior experience as an HR Analyst or equivalent role. Solid knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation. Ability to handle confidentiality, sensitive information, and organizational hierarchy. Clear, firm, and respectful communication skills. Organized, responsible, and proactive profile. **Desirable Differentiators** Experience in mid-sized companies or organizations undergoing structural development. Practical experience in organizational culture, compliance, or internal processes. Aptitude for interacting with multiple departments and leadership levels.
