




Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for recruitment, selection, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and personnel development processes. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities * Execute and monitor recruitment and selection processes, from profile definition to new employee onboarding. * Conduct and support onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility processes, ensuring legal and documentary compliance. * Support Accounting and/or HR Department in payroll routines, labor charges, benefits, time tracking, and labor obligations. * Monitor and administer corporate benefits, ensuring proper application of policies and timely assistance to employees. * Support and implement training and development initiatives, including needs assessment and results tracking. * Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support the creation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs). * Monitor and support organizational climate, engagement, and culture initiatives, proposing continuous improvements. * Serve as a point of support for managers on people management, performance, behavior, and labor legislation topics. * Track and maintain up-to-date HR metrics, providing data and analysis for leadership. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and applicable legislation. * Support internal and external audits related to the Human Resources area. * Propose process, routine, and HR control improvements to enhance efficiency, standardization, and reduction of labor risks. * Maintain organized employee records, documents, and information, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
