The Corporate Assistant Manager supports Corporate Relationship Managers in managing daily operations and provides customer service support. This role also plays a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the achievement of portfolio and branch goals.

**What will your day-to-day look like?**
As a Corporate Assistant Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Corporate Relationship Manager. This involves assistance activities that help these professionals achieve portfolio goals—including administrative tasks, preparing documents and contracts, data analysis, and customer communication.
* Supporting corporate customer service, aiming to ensure service quality and maintain customer relationships.
* Identifying new business opportunities with corporate customers to support portfolio and branch performance targets.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
What do you need to have or know?
* Completed undergraduate degree;
* CPA\-10 certification;
* Knowledge of the financial market.
It’s a plus if you have:
* CPA\-20 or CEA certification;
* Completed or ongoing postgraduate studies.
