We have an opening for an **Application Engineer**. We seek an analytical, consultative, and proactive professional with strong technical expertise in heavy equipment and the ability to directly support commercial and strategic operations. This role is essential for supporting technical demonstrations, enhancing sales team knowledge, and contributing to customer-focused solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide technical and commercial support during demonstrations and technical visits, identifying the most suitable equipment for customer needs; * Conduct comparative analyses between brand products and competitors, preparing technical and commercial reports; * Train and update sales and after-sales consultants on heavy equipment product lines, including excavators, loaders, compactors, and others; * Conduct periodic training sessions with knowledge assessments to strengthen team technical capabilities; * Monitor, control, and categorize demonstration and technical visit reports, ensuring alignment with the factory and commercial department; * Manage demonstration scheduling, assign demonstrator operators, and track deadlines and documentation; * Review monthly demonstration reports submitted by operators and support related administrative processes; * Conduct technical demonstrations when necessary, in cases of demonstrator operator absence; * Support the contract generation process for loan agreements, ensuring legal compliance in operations; * Coordinate and develop the demonstrator operator team, ensuring standardization and operational efficiency. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Postgraduate degree in Engineering or related fields is desirable. * Technical knowledge of JCB heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, and compactors; * Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Ability to deliver technical training and consultative commercial support. * Experience in heavy machinery-related activities is desirable.
