Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide strategic support, explore new technologies for system development, automation, and workflow improvement, technically guide the team, and ensure quality. This person will be responsible for reviewing code with a focus on quality, security, and performance; supporting the team’s technical growth through mentoring and feedback; managing structural improvements; monitoring performance metrics; and ensuring application reliability.
