The Educational Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring pedagogical and social actions in coordination with the technical team, promoting inclusion, engagement, and participant retention in project activities. They work on community mobilization, organizing resources, and supporting events and trainings, contributing to the improvement of educational practices and strengthening institutional and community relationships. * Develop and implement work plans in alignment with the Pedagogical Coordination and psychosocial team; * Support participant enrollment processes, follow-up, and registration updates; * Promote community mobilization and awareness to encourage participation in activities; * Monitor attendance, participation, and beneficiary development; * Organize pedagogical and cultural materials, spaces, and resources; * Support the implementation of workshops, events, trainings, and educational activities; * Coordinate partnerships with companies, institutions, and local community; * Record information, prepare reports, and update institutional systems; * Contribute to monitoring and evaluation of activities; * Foster a welcoming and collaborative environment in all implemented activities.
