Preside over meetings, plan and develop activities of the Structuring Faculty Committee (NDE), ensuring its proper functioning and representation in course management according to current regulations. * Coordinate projects related to structuring and restructuring of EAD undergraduate courses, ensuring compliance with current legal guidelines, academic excellence, and alignment with societal and student needs, as well as handling student requests by analyzing and directing solutions for matters such as course waivers, college transfers, or re-enrollment in Afya Group institutions. * Approve syllabi, schedules, and teaching plans for the disciplines comprising the course, and submit to the Directorate, at appropriate times, the activity plan to be developed each term, including the proposed course offerings and class timetable within the academic calendar, as well as supervise student and faculty progress on coursework and guide students on internal institutional processes such as enrollment, events, public notices, etc. * Ensure uninterrupted academic operations, maintenance or improvement of the course's score with MEC assessment bodies, and academic excellence through the selection of professors aligned with the institution's pedagogical and strategic proposals, as well as carry out pedagogical reform and adaptation to national curriculum guidelines and instruments described by the MEC. * Monitor faculty activities, implementation of the pedagogical project, fulfillment of supervised internship program hours, and application of assessment processes, aiming to meet MEC requirements and institutional directives, ensure development of employees under your supervision through the use of personnel management tools, and guarantee implementation of quality management in your area through the use and promotion of quality management tools. * Act in compliance with legal requirements and internal standards by actively participating in training sessions and reporting any potential deviations.
