




Job Summary: Professional responsible for organizing documentation, controlling certificates, monitoring bidding procedures, drafting appeals, and providing administrative support to the bidding department. Drafting objections and appeals in bidding procedures ***Responsibilities:*** * Organize physical and digital documentation files; * Keep certificates required for company participation in bidding processes up to date; * Monitor certificate expiration dates; * Receive and screen tender notices and forward them to the Executive Board for evaluation; * Maintain the department’s control spreadsheet up to date; * Manage protocols, dispatch and receipt of AR (Acknowledgement of Receipt) for various documents and department correspondence; * Populate control spreadsheets related to the commercial area; * Update registrations and renew documents relevant to the bidding area, including in SICAF; * Monitor bidding procedures from tender notice publication through final result; * Update the Bidding Calendar and email dispatches to the Executive Board; * Draft objections, clarifications, and appeals related to bidding procedures; * Register and monitor the company’s registration on bidding platforms; Provide support to other department activities. ***Requirements:*** * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Experience in administrative routines; * Experience with bidding platforms, Fusion, Pro Jud, Jus Brasil, Trello; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Administration, Public Management, or related fields). ***Benefits:*** * Transportation Allowance (VT); * Meal Allowance (VR) (R$38.50) + VR during vacations; * Food Allowance (VA) (R$270.00); * Unimed Health Plan with co-payment; * Dental Plan with co-payment; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Psychological care subsidies; * Birthday Day Off; * Gazeta Club; * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR).
