Job Summary: Customer service via phone, WhatsApp, and email, including quotation preparation, negotiation of commercial terms, order tracking, as well as prospecting new customers and supporting the sales team. Customer prospecting and support to the sales team **Job Description:** ---------------------- Serve customers via phone, WhatsApp, or e\-mail, preparing quotations and processing sales orders. Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms, always aiming to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction. Additionally, track order progress and deliveries, prospect new customers, and maintain relationships with the existing client portfolio.
