




Job Summary: Responsible for leading teams to achieve productivity and quality targets, ensuring construction project execution and inspection. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibility: Lead teams to achieve targets with productivity and quality. Functions: Ensure compliance with current procedures and projects; inspect services by construction phase; ensure technological control of houses; ensure execution of house schedules; monitor and control material consumption for houses; conduct 5S and safety patrols; educate and train employees; develop masons' leadership; conduct performance evaluations; ensure maintenance of tools and equipment provided by the company. Support complementary activities (technical assistance, revitalization of developments/construction sites, and infrastructure services). Reading and interpretation of project documents. Education: Technical Degree in Building Construction or currently pursuing a Civil Engineering degree. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in a leadership role.
