Job Summary: Professional to perform interior and exterior painting services, prepare surfaces, carry out repairs on masonry, plastering, drywall, and plaster, and assist with general building maintenance. Assist with general building maintenance services OPEN POSITION | INDUSTRIAL PAINTER Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM, Monday to Friday Location: São José dos Pinhais Employment Type: CLT **Main Responsibilities:** Perform **painting services** for interiors and exteriors (walls, ceilings, doors, grilles, handrails, and façades); Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, scraping, applying filler, sealer, and primer); Carry out minor repairs on **masonry, plastering, drywall, and plaster**; Assist with **general building maintenance services**, such as: Replacing light bulbs and fixtures; Minor plumbing repairs (replacing faucets, traps, and valves); Adjusting doors, locks, and hinges; Requirements: Completed elementary education. Proven experience in **building painting** and general maintenance.
