We seek a sales/commercial professional to join our team and contribute to the clinic’s growth by delivering a positive patient experience from the very first contact. **Desirable**: Prior experience in sales or customer service (preferably in healthcare, aesthetic, or dental clinics); Strong verbal and written communication skills; Proactive, empathetic, and results-oriented profile; Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Excel; Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus). **Responsibilities**: Provide commercial service to in-person patients and digital leads; Clearly and persuasively present the clinic’s services and treatments; Conduct follow\-up on quotations and contract closure tracking; Maintain relationships with patients, ensuring a welcoming experience; Input and update patient interaction information in the CRM system; Support marketing initiatives and campaigns for acquiring new patients. **Benefits**:\- Fixed salary plus: \- Cost-of-living allowance \- Performance-based bonus \- Attendance bonus Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.200,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
