Your main responsibilities include: Providing full post-sales support to the sales team (Closers); organizing documents and contracts and ensuring customer data accuracy; managing internal processes and system updates; guaranteeing an impeccable, error-free customer journey after closing; researching and issuing tickets and accommodations, and providing assistance with tourist routes; monitoring point promotions and performing conversions. Preferred Qualifications: Prior knowledge of airline miles and travel industry; proficiency with management tools (CRMs, spreadsheets, or Trello). ### **Prerequisites** Essential Requirements: Uncompromising Organization: You will be responsible for ensuring nothing is lost in the process. Experience in Customer Service or Support: Ability to interact effectively with people and resolve issues promptly. Personal Equipment: Must have a laptop for work.
