Assemble and organize cargo on trailers and trucks, distribute weight appropriately across vehicles, secure cargo (straps, chains, cables), assist in loading and unloading materials, support cargo release for transportation, organize the yard and dispatch area, operate handling equipment (overhead cranes). ### **Prerequisites** Completed High School; operate overhead cranes ### **Benefits** Breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack.
