Young Administrative Apprentice - Uruguai Unit (Bahia)

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Assist with administrative routines in the department, such as organizing documents, physical and digital files;
* Support the control and completion of spreadsheets and internal systems;
* Perform telephone and in-person customer service, directing requests to the responsible parties;
* Assist in preparing and digitizing reports, forms, and correspondence;
* Support the receipt, dispatch, and distribution of mail and documents;
* Collaborate on support activities for administrative teams;
* Comply with scheduled hours and attend theoretical training sessions provided by our partner educational institution;
* Maintain organization and proper functioning of the work environment.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Be aged between 18 and 22 years and 8 months;
* Have completed or be currently pursuing high school education;
* Basic computer and typing skills;
* Knowledge in the Legal or Accounting field;
* Good verbal and written communication skills;
* Organizational skills and attention to detail;
* Ability to work in a team and follow instructions;
* Prior experience in administrative services will be considered an advantage;
* Preferably reside in Bahia.

R$ 1\.069,48
**Working Hours**
* Must have flexible availability
**Work Schedule**
150h per month \| 5x2 shift schedule with weekends off (Saturdays and Sundays)
