Job Summary: We are seeking an Automation Support Technician to support colleagues, maintain systems and equipment, conduct testing, and generate reports—ensuring optimal technology performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support colleagues with questions and issues regarding systems and equipment 2. Maintain scales, POS terminals, receipt printers, computers, and printers 3. Test new systems before implementation in stores We are looking for proactive and service-oriented individuals for the Automation Support Technician role! **Your responsibilities will include:** * Supporting our colleagues by resolving questions and issues related to systems and equipment. * Ensuring proper operation and performing maintenance on scales, POS terminals, receipt printers, computers, and printers. * Conducting tests on new systems prior to their deployment across our stores. * Organizing and managing the intake of technology equipment and materials. * Generating reports and insights to assist the team in decision-making. * Ensuring all systems operate flawlessly to support customer service. * And other duties relevant to this position. **What we expect from you:** * Currently pursuing a Technical Education degree (e.g., Information Technology, Systems, Computer Science, or related fields). * Knowledge of IT hardware maintenance. * Familiarity with software management and IT inventory tools. * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) and confidence driving, with availability for travel between stores, cities, and for on-call shifts. * Passion for technology and solving everyday challenges. * Strong communication skills—clear and positive interaction with end users. * Organizational skills to manage equipment logs and records. * Strong motivation to learn and grow with our technology team. ✨ Join a company that grows with its people! \#JoinBahamas!
