Friendly and attentive customer service **About the Position:** We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Driver to join our team, ensuring the safety and efficiency of goods transportation. The role's mission is to be responsible for transporting Group Maestri's commercial goods in Category B, ensuring timely, high-quality, and damage-free delivery to recipients. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate and maneuver the vehicle in compliance with traffic regulations and internal procedures, ensuring safe transportation of goods and equipment. * Inspect the physical condition and preservation state of goods to be transported, carefully verifying all aspects to prevent customer complaints. * Visually inspect cargo securing before vehicle startup to prevent accidents during transit. * Load and unload goods from the vehicle and deliver them to customers with assistance from the Delivery Assistant, using carts or appropriate handling methods to avoid damage, while cross-checking goods against the fiscal document to fulfill agreed-upon customer requirements. * Conduct daily vehicle inspections to assess the need for preventive and/or corrective maintenance, verify the presence and proper functioning of mandatory equipment, and perform minor adjustments whenever possible to preserve and ensure proper vehicle operation. * Comply with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. * Assist in vehicle and bodywork (if applicable) maintenance and cleaning using sanitization techniques to keep the vehicle in optimal condition and operational readiness. * Assist, as needed, in packing customer goods and/or restocking merchandise to enhance customer service efficiency. * Provide customer service with friendliness and attentiveness, aiming for service excellence. * Greet customers whenever passing by, maintaining eye contact and courtesy to ensure outstanding service. * Proactively ask customers if they require assistance whenever needed, guiding them to the relevant section or product they seek and suggesting complementary items when appropriate. * Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or based on company requirements. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH) in Category B. * Proven experience operating vehicles. * Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations. * Flexibility to accommodate varying work hours. * Familiarity with local routes in the operational area. **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** * Defensive Driving Course. * Basic mechanical knowledge. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: R$553.02 * Attendance Bonus: R$150 * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Life Insurance * Transportation Voucher * Performance Recognition Bonus * Training Courses and Workshops * Various Discount Partnerships **Work Schedule and Hours:** Monday to Saturday, CLT employment regime, full-time.
