(At the time of admission, a “no records” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required.) b) Declaration/document issued by the Regional Council confirming active registration number, the professional’s full name, validity period, and duly signed and stamped. **EXPERIENCE:** PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN CLINICAL DENTAL CARE. **PROOF:** Supporting documents must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise they will be rejected.
