Job Summary: A professional responsible for welcoming patients, performing registrations, test authorizations and quotations, ensuring procedural quality and appropriate sample handling. Key Highlights: 1. Customer/patient reception and service 2. Quality assurance in patient identification and sample collection procedures 3. Sample handling and preparation for the technical department **Responsibilities:** * Welcome customers/patients at business units. * Perform test registrations and authorizations, and identify patients using their personal information, official photo ID, and original identification documents. * Provide test quotations and clearly communicate test preparation instructions. * Ensure quality in patient identification, registration, and sample collection procedures. * Perform sample triage, centrifugation, packaging, and separation of materials for dispatch to the technical department. * Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure proper bench-level inventory usage. * Conduct cross-verification of service request forms and submit them to the billing department within 24 hours. * Daily implementation of good practices to maintain a clean, organized, and harmonious work environment. **Requirements:** Technical education in Clinical Analysis or Nursing Technician **Preferred Qualifications:** Familiarity with systems: Intranet, Shift, and Effettivo; prior laboratory experience. **LOCATION:** Linhares Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
