The Lead Driver is responsible for operating vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring the transportation of passengers and/or cargo. In addition, they must maintain the vehicle and comply with traffic regulations. This professional must possess communication, organizational, and responsibility skills. * Transport the external promoter team according to the route and schedule defined by the company * Ensure the safety of employees throughout the entire journey by adopting preventive and responsible driving * Keep the van clean, organized, and in perfect working condition, ensuring comfort for the team * Strictly adhere to the scheduled times and routes established for external activities * Immediately report any mechanical issues, incidents, or situations that may impact operations * Record relevant trip information, such as times, distances traveled, and any occurrences * Assist with boarding and disembarking of promoters and with loading/unloading of work materials * Conduct periodic vehicle inspections, checking safety items and overall functionality * Follow the company's operational guidelines regarding routes, stop points, and team logistics * Support the external team whenever necessary, contributing to the efficiency of promotional activities * Stay updated on traffic laws and best practices for safe driving
