Unmissable Opportunity as a Receptionist! We are looking for a Receptionist who will be the face of our team. If you have customer service skills, clear communication abilities, and seek a dynamic work environment, this is your chance! As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include: Daily reception of company visitors, identification of the purpose of their visit, verification of the availability of the person being visited for meetings, and directing them accordingly. Answering and/or completing phone calls, transferring them to the appropriate extensions, as well as receiving and/or making calls per internal requests. Receiving correspondence, packages, documents, pouches, etc., from internal departments; preparing and dispatching them via postal services or express delivery (motorcycle couriers) to suppliers, clients, and others. Recording shipments for internal tracking. Performing freight quotations—TCE and DMN—and authorizing pickups (FREIGHT). Requesting package pickups (POST OFFICE). Meeting quotation requirements on client websites. Verifying freight charges and issuing invoices with accompanying fiscal notes. Client performing Sintegra and tax authority inquiries. Requesting Uber rides and presenting various quotations (Cetemar/Lalamove). Monitoring the camera surveillance system at the reception area.
