Come and join us. \#sanguelaranja! **About the Role and Mission** You will join our **Data \& AI** team and work directly with the **Insurance** vertical — one of Inter’s fastest-growing areas. Your mission will be to transform raw data into strategic insights and reliable information, building the analytical tools that guide operational decisions. You will be responsible for ensuring dashboard integrity, supporting business teams with accurate analyses, and helping measure the success of our products and solutions. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:** * Building and developing new dashboards and reports to meet business demands, using BI tools such as Tableau. * Continuously monitoring and analyzing performance indicators for the Insurance operation. * Maintaining and updating existing dashboards, ensuring data integrity and reliability. * Collaborating with product and business analysts to build complex analyses and define success metrics for new solutions. * Acting as a bridge between business and technology teams, translating business needs into data requirements and vice\-versa. * Automating manual data extraction and manipulation processes using Python and SQL. **What We’re Looking For** **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields. * Proficiency in SQL for extracting and manipulating large volumes of data. * Knowledge of Python for automation and data analysis. * Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.). * Strong analytical ability and a results-oriented mindset, with structured problem-solving skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the insurance, financial, or fintech industries. * Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure). * English proficiency for technical reading and tool usage. * Certifications in BI tools or programming languages. **Benefits** * Meal allowance and food voucher. * Health and dental insurance. * Life insurance. * Baby On Board program and nursing room. * Extended parental leave. * Childcare/babysitting allowance and/or support for children with disabilities. * Wellhub and Inter Running Group. * CARE4U space (Belo Horizonte): self-care services at exclusive rates, relaxation area, games, and mini-golf course. * Benefits within our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet. * Inter Prime Card. * Internal training and development programs. **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening; * Screening call (initial contact to align expectations regarding the role); * Assessments; * Interview with Talent Team; * Technical test (if required); * Interview with leadership; * Job offer (Offer); **\#VemproInter!!!** At Inter, the future isn’t a distant place.
